Neil Zafar Haeems
Neil is an Indian-American filmmaker currently pursuing his MFA from the USC School of Cinematic Arts. After earning a bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley in English Literature, he worked as a researcher for a true crime docuseries. He is drawn to stories of complex and conflicted characters faced with impossible moral quandaries.

Clarinda Blais
Clarinda didn’t always know she wanted to be a filmmaker, but she’s always allowed her curiosity to guide her and wanted to share the good she sees in the world. Which, she now realizes, is what a filmmaker does! After a few years of studying and working in China, Clarinda came to USC to pursue her MFA in film.

Joshua Ebrahimi
Before enrolling his MFA at USC, Josh was born in and spent his entire life in New York. He is currently honing his skills are a producer, writer, and director. In his free time, he loves to travel and explore Los Angeles. Shake it and bake it.

Mark J. Sanchez
Mark was raised in Southern California by hard working first generation Mexican-American parents and came to USC to explore his artistic background in a collaborative academic space. He is interested in telling stories that promote social change and recently directed a short documentary about the epidemic of mass shootings.

Ziqi Yang
Ziqi's journey into the world of media and entertainment began in high school, where she took charge as the vice president of the school radio station. She was selected for the Sony Future Cinematography and is now a cinematographer based in Los Angeles. Her portfolio spans narrative, documentary, and commercial projects.

Franco Vidal
Franco is an award-winning, proud Peruvian writer and director based in Los Angeles. He earned his BA in film production at California State University, Northridge, where he wrote and directed his musical thesis, Hot Latin Nights at the Granada! Along with working on his projects, he takes pride in his work as an AD.
casting director
Katie Lantz
Katie is an Artios award-nominated casting associate and director. Some credits include "A League of Their Own" (Amazon, Felicia Fasano Casting), "Kevin Can F**k Himself" (AMC, Felicia Fasano Casting), "Splitting Up Together" (ABC, Tim Payne Casting) and feature films "The Lovebirds" and "Downhill" (McCarthy Abellera Casting).

Xinhui Wang
Xinhui is a Chinese filmmaker who discovered her passion for storytelling when she was little. Determined to pursue her passion, she went on to attend film school in South Korea and is currently pursuing an MFA at USC, where she focuses on editing.
